We don't have electrical or water hookups for RVs at Glen Holler. That said, if you book the whole property through VRBO, you're welcome to boondock — there are some great level spots near the pond that work well for it.
Yes — the farmhouse has a full indoor shower. Cabin guests have access to an outdoor shower and a shared off-grid bathhouse. We don't currently have indoor shower facilities beyond the farmhouse.
Sure as long as you coordinate with us beforehand.
You can actually check-in anytime you'd like after 3. For cabin guests, we always suggest arriving before it gets dark so you can get a lay of the land and navigate the trails. It can be hard to unload and setup in the dark.
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome at the cabins. We just ask that you clean up after them and be mindful of other guests sharing the property. Animals are not allowed in the farmhouse. Sorry!
Each cabin has a bed, its own outhouse, a grill, a picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. The cabins are intentionally simple — cozy spaces designed to get you outside.
Cooking utensils, pots, and pans are available at the bathhouse. You're welcome to bring your own linens, or rent them along with other camping essentials from The Shed.
We have a communal water access area where you can rinse off, and fill buckets/ containers for washing etc. This water is from a well and has not been tested for drinking. You must bring your own drinking water while staying at the cabins.

Fox, rabbit, whitetail deer, wild turkey, hawks, and flying squirrels are common. You'll likely also encounter frogs, snakes, and a good variety of bugs. Crawfish are fun to find in the creek. Sorry — motorized vehicles aren't available for guest use on the property.
We don't have a swimming area on the property, but you're well situated for it. Watkins Glen State Park has a public pool just five minutes away. Great swimming holes can be found at Van Zandt Hollow and Havana Glen. And Clute Park on Seneca Lake offers public swimming a short drive away.
